Governance & Operating Structure

The club is run by a Management Committee (Mmt Ctte) whose members are appointed by election in the Annual General Meeting. The Mmt Ctte is made up of volunteers and are generally parents of the players. It meets periodically (usually every six weeks) and plans the activities of the club. The Mmt Ctte's responsibilities are to ensure that the club is run in line with its constitution in compliance with the codes of conduct. It maintains the constitution and codes of conducts to ensure that club works within the rules set by the sports leagues that it may be affiliated to and to the rule of English law. The Mmt Ctte runs the club so that it has sufficient funds and resources to maintain its activities and to meet the clubs objective.
